MAKE BIKES GREAT AGAIN

Alright this year is beginning and comes packed with new goals to complete and get started with, for me the end of last year came with ups and downs but now I see some windows open, I’d like to share and recommend places to know if you like bikelife or any sports, you really have to visit if you’re NYC.

The city offers nice views, cultural’s places, spots to dance, and take a little coffee and keep going, BUT what I really like is to ride on the bridges, it’s relaxing because you can stop and trake a breath or see into the distance, although I realized, it’s the real cold! You know, everything comes with a price.

I visited many shops looking around, searching gadgets for my bikes o any clothes to improve my biking experience. Then I found this 3 bicycle stores that have something good to offer: BIKES VELO is not only bikes and servicing, they develop their own brand of clothing that I love because they’re casual and comfortable, specialized, and well designed, that also collaborated with others bikers offering sponsorships, the prices are competitive and they really have a personality if you want pip ip your bike, you know.

Especialized Hilltone is where I found the best add-ons and clothes in the pro-line with the best quality in the market, as the name as say it, their stuff is almost entirely made in house or it’s really nice curated stuff. There I bought gloves and baselines for weather, and have I really trusted every time I visited.

BICYCLE HABBIT has a really nice vibe, community, and an excellent approach with the user. Really good recommendations for roads and trails in the city, and have the experts to give maintenance and repairs, It’s definitely where I’d go if I needed help to fix anything with my bike.

For me sharing information about bikes is valuable just because few people have any information or experience, offer others ways the “move” the way you think too is not always necessary to move to fast, enjoy the road, feel the cold, wind, heat, air is to feel the environment and that connection that makes you feel more alive.

Viva la bici!
